Initiating the Process: If you wish to return or exchange a product Provide your order number and details about the item you would like to return or exchange within the specified timeframe
Refund or Exchange: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, we will process the refund to your UPI Details or dispatch the exchanged item as applicable.
